• You may place a secure online order directly from our site by credit card, money order PayPal, personal checks, or bank/certified funds 24 hours daily.

• Returned checks will incur a $25.00 returned check fee.

• Personal checks must be in US funds and may take up to 10 business days to clear. Merchandise will be shipped at that time.

• We've added the AVS Code to our Secure Order Form. This 3 or 4 (Amex) digit  number is usually found on the back of the card- near the signature area. This improves Security for all and is required for credit card orders.

• To pay by personal check or money order; place the order thru our secure server and in the COMMENTS AREA, indicate you are forwarding a personal check/money order. Personal checks may require up to 10 days to clear through our bank. Merchandise will be shipped as soon as the funds clear.

• Orders are generally processed within 24 hrs. of receipt. If an order arrives after 5pm weekdays (Mon-Fri.), it may not be posted and/or shipped for 24 hours.

• In stock items ship within 2-5 days, unless express shipping has been selected..

• Shipping charges may be calculated prior to completing your order. Follow directions on Shopping Cart page by entering zip code in designated area. Order is NOT complete until you finalize the process.
• UPS or USPS are our shippers of choice. We do not inflate prices or earn income from shipping. There is a $2.00 packing/handling fee to help offset our costs.
• Shipping charges may vary slightly from the online charges (up or down). UPS assesses an 'oversize fee' for offsize packaging (staffs, brooms etc.).
• You may choose from the full range of UPS delivery options.
• UPS Global (>$) or USPS Global, or Air Parcel Post (<$) services are available for International orders.
• USPS delivers to all APO & US Postal Boxes.
• Express Overnight, FedEx, USPS and other delivery options are available on request.

• All packages are insured & may require a personal signature.  If there is no one to sign for a package please let us know in the Comments Area of your order form.

• On occasion, an item(s) may be delayed due to shipping or supply difficulties. 
• When an item is out of stock, our shopping cart 'should' indicate such. You will be given an opportunity to backorder or cancel that item(s) in your shopping cart. You will not be charged for back-ordered or cancelled items.
• If you've chosen to backorder the item- you'll be notified via e-mail with an educated guess of the expected delivery of the item.

• You will NOT be billed for backorder items until shipped.  We require an active credit card number & expiration date to process all orders.  

• Minimum shipping charges outside of the US- $15 US.
• International packages are sent via USPS Priority or Global Express (insured).
• Canada orders may also be sent via UPS Standard, Expedited or Express, however UPS DOES COLLECT CUSTOMS FEES, whereas USPS does not.
• Please note, international orders may incur Customs Fees.

• You may request your Medieval Mayhem purchase be shipped to friends and loved ones with a personalized gift card at no additional cost.
• Designate a 'Ship To' person, address etc. on the order form.
• In the Comments Area of the Order Form add a short message to the recipient. A small gift card with your sentiments will be included at no additional cost.
• Complete the info on the Secure Order Form.
• Invoice & receipts will be e-mailed directly to you.

• To report damage, please note:
  All of our products are hand-inspected & packed by us. If an item arrives damaged it is likely it was broken in transit.
• If a product arrives damaged- retain ALL packaging, wraps & boxes. 
• Notify us via e-mail, phone or fax within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged merchandise.

• Replacements will be sent pending authorization by Medieval Mayhem Ltd., its officers or representatives.

• Before ordering a product, ask questions!   We'd much prefer for you to be an educated and happy consumer. If you're unsure about a product, size, finish, whatever...just ASK!
• Products which are not to your satisfaction may be returned following written/e-mail AUTHORIZATION from Medieval Mayhem with the following limitations:
• Authorized returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt of merchandise- You will be charged a 25% restock fee plus original shipping/handling.
• All merchandise must be unused and in its original packing materials.  All directions and literature must accompany the product.
• You will be credited for the product total, less 25% re-stock fee & shipping/handling upon receipt & inspection of merchandise.
• Please Note-* Items returned without authorization from Medieval Mayhem personnel will be not be accepted.

• The following limitations apply: Videos, CD's, Books, Clothing, Weapons and custom orders may not be returned.

• We're very reasonable & real people.  We sometimes goof up & expect that you might too...
